Again, I am not sure how to set the camera. It seems to have a mind on it's own. I zoomed in on the subject (lady) and tried to blurred the background - achieved it - but not mastered. I did not use a tripod for this shot and I was not sure about the shutter speed. On the contrary, the subject matter was interesting. Try Try Again!! Note: Sunny day, Art Institute, Decatur, Student-Nicole 11:30 a.m. Could be used to advertised fashion jewelry, cosmetics or retail magazines.

I got it right! MAYBE? The scene is sharp focused from foreground to background. But a little overexposed. This photo could have used a white balance (?) or something - Mr. Rhea knows what I am talking about. Note: Sunny day, Stone Mountain, GA Neighborhood, 5ish p.m., Kid- Auri. Can be used in a children activity or healthcare magazines, brochures, etc.

I hope I got this one right - the photo allude to frozen motion. Even though the depth of field works well with the image, everything is not in focused. The kids were playing on a Slip N' Slide water game. I tried to catch them falling, but again not sure if my shutter speed or whatever was adjusted correctly to catch the speed of action. Note: Sunny day, Stone Mountain GA Neighborhood, 5:00 p.m., Kids- Auri & Tay. Could be used in children activity or healthcare magazines, brochures, flyers, etc.

This was pretty good because the illusion of movement is portrayed. However, it would have been a better photo if I had a person/object standing still while the Marta train passed by. Also, I could have changed the shutter speed to increase the illusion. I tried using other techniques like cars, it was unsuccessful. Any case, I thought it was pretty good. Note: Sunny Day, Marta Train, 11:00 a.m. Could be used to promote using transit, speed or - really it's quite boring.
