Really working on my post processing and doing my best to take some of what I?ve shot in the past year (and I?ve been SOOOO fortunate to have some great opportunities) and rehashing it with some new techniques I?ve learned and also using new software. Trying to work out a workflow using the best parts of Lightroom with the best parts of photoshop in a way that is as efficient as possible while also being the most affective in terms of getting the most out of every image. No small feat.
Here?s a re-edit of my Florence Duomo shot. I climbed the Giotto?s Tower to get this sunsetting (behind me) shot of the Duomo dome. There is a chain link fence thingy to keep people in and no tripods allowed due to the cramped spaces, so this shot meant detaching the lense from my camera, squeezing all pieces through the fence, re-assebling them on the other side and then pirching my camera on a filter bag on the ledge to get it still enough to take the shot with a remote cable release. Tense to say the least.
I hope you enjoy this shot and thanks as always for the comments, looks, and favs. Cheers happy shooting. Have a good week everyone. ?jared r.
