Positioning: wrist in full flexion, stretching the extensors (painful area).
Strip #1: Take one precut strip and make it into a Y strip. Anchor this on the Outer side of the elbow with no tension. With 50% tension, lay each tail down down the forearm (towards the wrist), outlining the painful area.
Strip #2: cut a precut strip in half to give you a 5? strip and round the edges of the cut you just made. Make this a bandaid strip by tearing the backing into thirds and removing the middle third. With 80% tension in the middle, place this strip directly over the painful area. Lay the two ends down with NO tension.
