Honestly, I've spent my entire evening perfecting this when I should be doing University work, but all for what's (in my opinion) a very good cause!
I have entered this photo in a Talenthouse competition to win an opportunity of having it used as one of 45 images on a single for Florence and the Machine! I only found about this a few days ago so it was a struggle to get it finished on time (last day for submission is the 9th) but I'm so glad I've managed it as if the band even just saw my artwork it'd be a dream come true for me. I know that without all of the online communities I'm signed up to I wouldn't have gotten anywhere with my photography and I'm so grateful that any of you even consider my work to be good. If you think I deserve the chance to be one of these 45 winners, or even just to get through to the next stage, please click here to support my image (voting begins on the 10th). Every piece of support and help I get towards this contest will mean the world to me, and could even bring about a big break for me within this industry.

Less of the soppy stuff, with this image I was back to creating views of broken childhoods and the subject wanting to recapture all of that lost time, but I think I'll let you interpret it how you like :)

P.S. - I created a stop motion style making of video on my Facebook page of this image! This morning I was asked to make a behind the scenes video during a shoot. I planned to do this today but due to lack of time and extra hands I wasn't able to! Hope you guys enjoy the making of video and I promise a real behind the scenes one will come soon! :)
