Marines guard the Tomb of the Unknown at Arlington National Cemetery all day, everyday out of respect for the fallen, unidentified heroes memorialized here. During high winds and torrential downpours, the Marines have elected to remain on duty despite being allowed to seek shelter.
I attempted to increase the contrast of the memorial's engraving to make the lettering readable at first glance.

A UH-60L finishes loading several personnel that were scouting the scene of a crashed MH-60. Over the next few days, several units are back on the scene of a fatal crash to remove some more debris that has surfaced after the winter snows had melted.
This LZ was called the "snow LZ" last year during the recovery mission and sits at close to 12,500ft. The H-47s will primarily use this LZ and the H-60s will use the LZs at the top of the mountain where the crash started.
Just about one year ago, a MH-60K crashed on Mt. Massive killing all four crewmembers.
