I asked our guide if they kept the labels to remember what bottles they've had/served and he said "No, but some of us do take bottles home sometimes." Then, as I walked out of the cellar I caught a glimpse of this and he said "Oh, yeah. I forgot about that!" I knew someone would appreciate and admire them :)
