I bought this brief out of curiosity. I had heard about C-in2s profile raising sling support and had read some mixed reviews on it. When I saw this brief on clearance sale I decided to give it a try. It has a little sling device inside that is designed to raise a guys profile and I think it does a pretty good job. The last photo in this series shows the brief with the sling not engaged for comparison. I personally like the brief without the sling. It is one of the most comfortable briefs I own and I'll probably end up removing the sling and just using it as a regular brief.
