Truro Piazza, formerly known as Lemon Quay
This whole area was a part of the River Kenwyn, but the river was covered in the 1920s to create a car park here. More recently the car park has been removed and now its a pedesrian friendly area, the roundabout on the right is a semi-permenant fixture

That water was COLD!
And really powerful. It kept pulling me down with the sheet.
I nearly got flung off that rock more than once.

The Blue-throated Barbet (Megalaima asiatica) is an Asian barbet. Barbets and toucans are a group of near passerine birds with a world-wide tropical distribution. The barbets get their name from the bristles which fringe their heavy bills; this species eats fruits and insects.

hi, my name is sophie and i am awful at taking pictures.

serves me right for spending far too long lie-ing in with hubby this morning :] ha.
i am very flattered to have been tagged by the lovely Alyssa Noel(check out her work! she is both beautiful and talented- grr :P)
1. Back in my "yoof" i used to listen to quite ~greebo~ music. sum41, the pink spiders- dang, i was cool ;]
2. Yellow is my all-time favourite colour, and has been all my life. How can you not be happy when you look at yellow?
3. Photography is frustrating me a bit at the moment. I have so many ideas, but when I come to them they either never materialise as I hope, or I don't have the money to make all the outfits/purchase props required. Bring on my student loan...;]
4. My mum is coming home for the first time in a week in half an hour :] yay.
5. I really don't enjoy driving, but I really want to pass before I go to Uni- i've been learning on and(very) off for the past year.
6. If anyone wants to buy me the unicorn blue and white print back from river island, i would not complain ;] <3
7. In a former life, I believe i may have been a koala. Sleep, eat, smell. That's me to a tee ;D
8. I would really like to start a stronger series of photographs, but I feel that every idea that I think of has already been done, and one thousand times better than I could ever do.
9. I used to be scared of shadows when I was younger.
10. I not-so-secretly want a job at agent provocateur. their underwear is amazing.
