Bunkyo Civic Center Observation Deck
This Bunkyo Civic Center Building is easily to find because it looks like a gigantic Pez dispenser. The observation deck is on the 25th-floor has a 330-degree panoramic view of Tokyo.
On a clear days you can view Mt. Fuji, Mt. Tsukuba , Tokyo Sky Tree and Shinjuku high-rise complex, Ikebukuro as well as the University of Tokyo and the Koishikawa Botanical Garden for FREE of CHARGE from 9:00-20:30. Use of cameras is permitted, but tripods are forbidden.

Daibutsu Buddha - ??
An earthquake in Sept 1923 destroyed the base of the Buddha but did not damage the body. The base was repaired in 1926, and subsequently in 1960-61, after which it was rebuilt to allow the body of the Buddha to move independently of the base in the event of a future earthquake.
